Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 / annual

AnySignal is developing next-generation RF products and services for space and defense missions. The company builds a flexible, high-performance platform for advanced radio technologies deployed across demanding aerospace and defense applications. The Ground Network Partnerships Lead will own the operational layer between business development and engineering for AnySignal's Ground Segment business. This is an execution-focused role responsible for converting signed customer agreements into active, revenue-generating operations. Key responsibilities include: - Activating customer contracts into live revenue by coordinating integration timelines, onboarding, and ground network configuration - Managing vendor and partner relationships with third-party ground network providers, including contract negotiation, SLAs, capacity planning, and cost tracking - Supporting business development efforts on proposals, pricing, and commercial terms - Managing ground station site relationships, including landlord communication, leasing, permitting, and regulatory filings for owned and leased locations - Identifying and negotiating access to third-party antenna assets as the hybrid network expands The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, business development, customer success, or operations within aerospace, satellite, telecom, or infrastructure sectors. Required skills include managing commercial relationships with technical or physical infrastructure vendors, comfort with contracts and SLAs, and strong written communication. A self-directed operating style is essential given the small team environment with significant context-switching. Nice-to-have qualifications include satellite ground operations experience, government or defense contracting familiarity, existing relationships in the satellite operator community, and background in carrier relations, ground segment operations, or defense program management. Compensation includes base salary, equity grant, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401K). U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to ITAR export control compliance.
