Relativity Space is building the Terran R rocket to deliver payloads to orbit and advance commercial spaceflight. The company is hiring Global Supply Managers to join the Strategic Sourcing team at Long Beach, CA (plus Stennis, MS and Cape Canaveral, FL locations). This role owns end-to-end sourcing and supply strategy for one or more commodity categories: Construction & Infrastructure, Mechanical/Fabrication/Skilled Trades, Equipment/Rentals/Cryogenics, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), Logistics/Marine/Recovery, or Central Procurement (IT, professional services, facilities, HR, contingent labor). As a Global Supply Manager, you will define sourcing approaches, lead high-value negotiations, design and manage the supply base, and partner with engineering, finance, and operations leaders to deliver on cost, quality, delivery, and supply assurance. You will mentor sourcing specialists, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence outcomes across the organization. The Supply Chain team is central to turning design intent into executable reality, balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability as Terran R scales. This is a strategic role at the intersection of technical ambition and business execution. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other functions to make decisions that support both current operations and future growth. The company emphasizes autonomy, ownership, and impact at every level, with opportunities to shape decisions and see work come to life quickly. Relativity is at a unique inflection point—early enough to leave your mark on product, process, and culture, but far enough along that Terran R is tangible and gaining momentum.
