Relativity Space is building rockets to serve today's needs and tomorrow's breakthroughs. The Terran R vehicle will deliver customer payloads to orbit, meeting growing demand for launch capacity. The company is expanding its Strategic Sourcing team and hiring multiple Global Supply Managers (GSMs) based at Stennis, MS, Cape Canaveral, FL, or Long Beach, CA sites. As a Global Supply Manager, you will own the end-to-end sourcing and supply strategy for one or more commodity categories, including Construction & Infrastructure, Mechanical/Fabrication & Skilled Trades, Equipment/Rentals/Cryogenics & Tanks, MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), Logistics/Marine & Recovery, or Central Procurement (IT, software, professional services, facilities, HR, contingent labor). You are the strategic category owner: you define the sourcing approach, lead high-value negotiations, design and manage the supply base, and partner with engineering, finance, and operations leaders to deliver cost, quality, delivery, and supply assurance. You will mentor sourcing specialists and lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing outcomes without direct authority. The Supply Chain team turns design intent into executable reality, balancing lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability to ensure Terran R can be built and scaled. You operate at the intersection of technical ambition and business execution, working closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and other functions to make decisions that work for today and tomorrow. This role requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, with full ownership across raw materials, capital equipment, and services.
