WorkWave, a leading SaaS provider, is seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to join its Professional Services and Delivery team. Based in Brierley Hill, UK, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customer projects, from complex enterprise software deployments (Time & Attendance, Contract Management) to higher-velocity SMB rollouts. You'll operate as a critical member of the global team, balancing structured enterprise implementations with efficient smaller-account onboarding. Key responsibilities include: championing AI and automation tools to streamline project tracking and documentation; traveling domestically (up to 25%) to lead kick-off meetings and steering committee reviews with enterprise clients; establishing and maintaining complex relationships with international stakeholders and distributed teams; defining and analyzing project scopes with meticulous attention to detail; developing granular project plans with clear dependencies and scheduling; rigorously tracking concurrent workstreams and deadlines; delivering precise progress updates to delivery teams, sponsors, and clients; proactively identifying and resolving risks; maintaining audit-ready project documentation; and methodically closing projects to enable revenue recognition and capture lessons learned. You will bring structure to ambiguity, ensuring every tier of client—from enterprise corporations to smaller accounts—experiences a world-class onboarding journey. This role demands exceptional professional maturity, meticulous time management, and acute attention to detail to protect project margins. WorkWave is a remote-first global company with a startup feel, offering flexibility to work from home or use regional offices. The company has employees in over 30 countries and has won multiple awards, including 10-time Best Place to Work in New Jersey and recognition in Inc. 5000 and SaaS Awards. REQUIREMENTS: - Ideally some experience in Project Management and IT/software and SaaS deployments (transferable skills welcomed) - Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools, including project management software, generative AI tools, or predictive analytics - Proven experience working within structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) - Documented success delivering complex projects strictly on budget and on time, meeting or exceeding project revenue targets - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, tight international deadlines, and complex project details without sacrificing quality - Exceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and negotiation skills with high cultural awareness for global communication - Demonstrable experience in commercial decision-making and managing project profitability - Excellent interpersonal skills with natural ability to quickly build trust and rapport with diverse, cross-functional, and remote international teams - High proficiency with modern project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, G-Suite)
