Salary: USD 155,500 - 259,200 / annual
Rubrik is seeking a strategic leader to build and manage the Global Professional Services Partner Enablement program (RPSP). This critical cross-functional role reports to the Vice President of Global Professional Services and is responsible for developing the entire program lifecycle, ensuring partner compliance with professional requirements, and facilitating collaboration across the partner ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include establishing RPSP as a world-class standard for partner excellence, driving governance and compliance frameworks to ensure all partners meet Rubrik's service delivery and technical proficiency standards, and overseeing end-to-end lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and strategic evolution. You will partner closely with PS Global Practice Leaders, Rubrik University, PS Leadership, and Services Engineering to align enablement goals with business objectives. The role requires collaboration with diverse partner types including GSIs, MSPs, and SIs to develop and scale specialized partner tracks.
The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of direct experience in Professional Services partner program development and management, with demonstrated success building and managing partner enablement systems for global PS businesses. You should have significant executive presence and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, extensive experience navigating diverse global teams and operational boundaries, and strong understanding of program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is required; equivalent practical experience is welcomed.
