Despegar is Latin America's leading travel platform, revolutionizing the travel industry for over 25 years. We are seeking a Global Partners Manager for our Circuits product line to lead commercial strategy, partnerships, and data-driven growth. You will own three core areas: **Commercial Strategy & Partnerships**: Lead relationships with strategic circuit partners globally. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new partners to expand our product portfolio and margins. Design and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and analyze campaign metrics for continuous optimization. **Product Vision & Ecosystem**: Enhance the Circuits product by integrating it across Despegar's business lines. Collaborate with Product, IT, Legal, Treasury, and Operations teams to create synergies and scale solutions. **Data & Insights**: Design, analyze, and present strategic KPI reports to internal and external stakeholders. Generate actionable insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Manage technology implementations to optimize and automate team processes. You'll work in a team-oriented, innovative environment where we learn from mistakes and consolidate our position as Latin America's most important travel platform. **Requirements:** - University degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related field - Minimum 2 years in commercial roles focused on partner relationships, sourcing, and negotiation, including KPI analysis and account performance management - Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership and management (desirable) - Advanced English (essential for global partnerships) - Experience in travel industry and circuit tourism products (desirable) - Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar) - SQL knowledge (desirable) - Experience using AI tools to optimize processes
