ServiceNow seeks a Global Partner Manager for its Autonomous Workforce Practice to drive strategic alignment and expansion with Deloitte and other key SI partners. This is a senior role responsible for translating the partnership vision into customer outcomes, balancing global opportunities with regional market dynamics.
You will own the global go-to-market strategy for the Autonomous Workforce functional area, working closely with Deloitte's practice leaders and ServiceNow's Global Partner strategy team. The role focuses on activating ServiceNow's Autonomous IT value proposition—AI-driven self-managing IT operations that predict issues, automate routine tasks, and free skilled resources for strategic work.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Alignment**: Lead global GTM alignment and co-innovation initiatives; own and execute the global functional area partner account plan; drive cross-geo alignment for consistent partner experience; develop peer-to-peer executive relationships with ServiceNow counterparts; advise partners on market expansion, BU GTM, and product roadmap.
**Governance & Reporting**: Align with global governance frameworks; facilitate QBRs for priority countries; own revenue success measures (Sourced NNACV, Sell-Through NNACV); influence partner program KPI tracking (certifications, PLAs).
**GTM Execution**: Coordinate joint go-to-market motions across product launches and competitive campaigns; drive product/solution education and enablement; lead joint demand generation strategy and global campaigns; develop in-market execution playbooks; collaborate with Technical Partner Advisors on product expansion and co-innovation.
**Operations**: Drive operational consistency across Regional Partner Manager teams through playbooks and repeatable processes; support regional partner sales with field activation; provide domain-specific GTM assets and thought leadership; identify and solve process gaps.
You will report on quarterly governance cadence, monthly scorecards, and pipeline reviews. Success is measured by global partner pipeline growth, revenue contribution, execution of the joint GTM strategy, expansion into new markets and logos, consistency of global execution, and partner maturity/enablement effectiveness.
The role requires deep fluency in ServiceNow technologies, strong understanding of agentic workflows and AI orchestration models, and ability to position AI as delivering end-to-end work completion beyond task automation. You will work in a matrixed organization alongside Geo Partner Managers and field sales teams.
