Salary: USD 145,920 - 240,780 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Global Partner Management leader to drive growth and strategic alignment with a major Global Systems Integrator (SI) partner. This is a high-profile, growth opportunity for a driven individual with strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
You will lead executive alignment, develop global business plans, and drive new business through "sell-to," "sell-with," and "sell-through" motions. This involves industry alignment, offerings and solutions strategy, and field-based sales activities with the partner and ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll ensure successful execution of operational and revenue targets while leading a world-class team of global and regional members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create joint business plans including launch planning, enablement, and co-marketing strategies
- Serve as a global leader representing ServiceNow, driving strategic planning and partnership execution across all aspects
- Act as key internal advocate promoting the partnership to Field Sales, Products, Customer Success, Marketing, and C-level leaders
- Build multi-year joint business plans with partners focusing on go-to-market and co-delivery with joint resources and hyperscalers
- Enable world-class joint engagement for NOW-Partner offerings; drive partnership operational rigor and business review governance
- Lead joint selling and partner management to accelerate growth against GPC NNACV targets via 'Sourced' and 'Influenced' revenue
- Facilitate deal-level collaboration between ServiceNow and partner sales teams at new and existing customers
- Identify new industry-specific use cases and solutions
- Develop world-class business governance and executive sponsorship with targeted partners
- Drive aligned approaches and resolutions at executive levels
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of prior experience working with large Global System Integration/Outsourcing firms and/or Audit & Advisory firms (SaaS or technology company background preferred)
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and over-achievement
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills
- Deep knowledge of System Integrators, Resellers, and Independent Software Vendors
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI, automation, and data to improve workflows, decision-making, and product outcomes; proactive integration of modern AI tools into daily work
- Ability to engage directly in sales cycles on joint "must-win" pursuits
- Strong background in sales or alliance partnerships within the Cloud/SaaS space, managing multi-million-dollar deals
