Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 / annual
Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and enterprise-grade infrastructure. As Global Operations Program Manager, you'll own complex, cross-functional programs spanning People, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT as the company scales globally.
You'll manage initiatives end-to-end: new entity formation and geographic expansion, M&A integrations, and infrastructure evolution (EOR transitions, payroll migrations, vendor changes). This is a hands-on role requiring you to translate messy objectives into clear requirements, workstreams, owners, dependencies, and readiness gates. You'll proactively surface risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as circumstances change.
Key responsibilities include building and driving program plans, connecting dots across functions by partnering deeply with People Ops, People Systems, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and IT teams. You'll own program communication and change management—from executive updates to employee-facing communications. You'll develop repeatable infrastructure, turning learnings from each program into templates, SOPs, and playbooks for scaling. Throughout, you'll keep employee experience central, ensuring operational complexity translates into coordinated, thoughtful experiences during high-change moments.
You bring 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs with global People infrastructure experience (geographic expansion, entity formation, M&A integration). You operate hands-on with strong bias toward action, digging into substance and stepping into gaps. You excel at stakeholder management and aligning specialists and senior leaders without formal authority. You communicate clearly and directly to executives and employees alike, distilling complicated programs into key decisions, risks, and tradeoffs. Strong AI fluency is essential—you use AI as a core part of your workflow to move faster, synthesize information, work through ambiguity, and increase output quality and leverage.
