Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to live experiences. You will join the Licensing team as Global Licensing Manager, owning commercial development for assigned international regions end-to-end. This is a high-impact business development role requiring a strong commercial mindset and passion for entertainment. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute business development strategy for assigned regions, identifying high-potential markets and partners - Proactively source and build relationships with promoters, producers, agencies, venue operators, and relevant partners - Lead outbound commercial conversations and manage the full deal pipeline from outreach through negotiation and execution - Create tailored commercial proposals and licensing structures for different IPs, territories, and partner profiles - Assess commercial viability through revenue, cost, and profitability analysis with Finance - Negotiate terms balancing growth, profitability, brand protection, and long-term partner value - Manage a portfolio of prospective and active partners, identifying expansion opportunities - Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production teams for deal execution and launches - Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and new entertainment formats to inform strategy - Maintain rigorous pipeline reporting and present progress to leadership Required qualifications: 4+ years in business development, partnerships, consulting, investment banking, or similar commercial roles. Demonstrated ability to originate opportunities, build senior relationships, and lead complex commercial conversations. Strong commercial and negotiation skills with ability to structure mutually beneficial partnerships. Analytical mindset with experience building business cases and evaluating profitability. Entrepreneurial and proactive with ownership mentality in fast-paced international environment. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong organizational skills managing multiple deals across regions. Professional English proficiency required; additional languages a plus. Genuine interest in live entertainment and global IP building valued.
