Salary: USD 186,000 - 254,000 / annual
Wiz, one of the fastest-growing software companies ever and now powered by Google, is seeking a Global Head of Field Operations to serve as a strategic engine for the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role is critical to optimizing revenue operations, driving efficiency, and maximizing performance across operational functions. You will report to the GTM Operations Leader and be responsible for driving the day-to-day operational cadence and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across the organization
- Oversee day-to-day activities of revenue operations teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing actionable solutions to drive performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Procurement, IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, Deal Desk, Order Management, Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and drive cohesive operational strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Partner with GTM Systems and Tools team on implementation and utilization of operational systems and tools to support operational objectives
- Partner with GTM Analytics team to develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Partner with senior leadership to drive sales forecasting excellence and build strategic plans for pipeline growth; provide regular performance updates
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations, recommending innovative approaches for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related role in a similar capacity
- Experience as a senior, experienced leader who has managed a similar global team previously
- Experience managing and developing a team of operations professionals
- Experience with operational systems and tools such as Salesforce, Forecasting Management, Commission Management, or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep understanding of revenue operations processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset and passion for driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
