As Global Community Manager, you will own and execute Bybit's global community strategy across official channels including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. You will manage a calendar of recurring community activities, product discussions, and engagement initiatives spanning crypto trading, payments, and the broader financial platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering global AMAs, educational sessions, product launch activations, and community events, managing briefs, schedules, approvals, hosts, rewards, and post-event reviews
- Coordinating approved announcements and product updates across global community channels, verifying links, timing, market eligibility, and coverage before publishing
- Engaging with community members, answering questions, moderating discussions, and routing product or account issues to appropriate teams; identifying and escalating scams and impersonation attempts
- Collaborating with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local community needs while maintaining clear handovers and ensuring regional teams own their local channels
- Managing global and local ambassador programs: recruiting, onboarding, training on products and moderation standards, reviewing performance, coordinating rewards and payments, and supporting market-specific activations
- Tracking member participation, event results, channel engagement, recurring questions, and sentiment; translating findings into concise reports and actionable recommendations
- Maintaining organized event calendars, moderation and publishing workflows, tool access, and handover documentation to ensure reliable 24/7 global coverage across time zones
You will work cross-functionally with Community, Product, Support, Marketing, and regional operations teams, contributing to both recurring community programs and major product launches.
**Requirements:**
- 2–4 years of hands-on community management experience in fintech, digital assets, crypto, or consumer finance, with direct responsibility for ambassador or community leader programs and documented examples of events run and measured
- Strong working knowledge of Telegram, Discord, Reddit (including moderation practices, bots, and announcement workflows)
- Ability to explain trading, earning, payments, and market topics clearly and accurately without providing personal financial advice
- Experience running online events end-to-end: planning, approvals, budget or reward tracking, and follow-up reporting
- Excellent written and spoken English, sound judgment in difficult conversations, and ability to work across cultures, teams, and time zones
- Comfort using community data and member feedback to assess results and improve future activities
- Availability for agreed launch and event windows across time zones
