Antler is a global pre-seed investment platform managing $1.6B+ in assets, backing founders across 27 cities worldwide. The company has invested in approximately 2,000 startups globally and is expanding significantly in India, where it has backed ~120 startups across AI, Deeptech, Fintech and Consumer sectors. The Global Capital Partner (India) is a foundational leadership role responsible for leading fundraising and investor relations for Antler India's second fund. This is a hands-on position requiring direct involvement in capital formation, not a strategy-only role. Key responsibilities include: **Fundraising & Capital Formation**: Lead Fund II capital raise and contribute to fundraising across Antler India and global vehicles (continuity funds, thematic strategies, co-investment opportunities). Develop and execute a segmented fundraising strategy targeting institutional LPs, HNIs, family offices, sovereign/government-backed investors, fund-of-funds, corporates and strategic partners. Own the complete fundraising cycle from origination through closing, including relationship development, pitching, diligence, negotiation, documentation and onboarding. Build new relationships while nurturing existing capital partners and working with intermediaries and advisors. Maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear reporting on progress, risks and opportunities. Lead commercial negotiations on subscription documentation, side letters and partnership structures. **Investor Relations & LP Experience**: Manage relationships with Antler India's 150+ Fund I LPs. Deliver high-quality LP experience across fundraising, onboarding, reporting, portfolio updates, drawdowns and distributions. Serve as senior point of contact for investor questions, working with Finance, Legal and Operations teams. Represent Antler at investor meetings, conferences and industry forums. **Strategy & Execution**: Collaborate with India Partners on Fund II strategy, storytelling and positioning. Translate investor feedback into recommendations on fund design and commercial strategy. Oversee pitch materials, data rooms and due-diligence responses. Establish strong CRM and pipeline management practices. **Team Leadership**: Build and lead a small capital team with clear targets and execution standards. Work closely with Antler's global Capital Team on investor intelligence and cross-market opportunities. Combine strategic leadership with direct fundraising involvement. Ideal candidates have held senior capital formation, institutional distribution or fundraising roles in asset management, venture capital, private equity or alternative investments. Required: significant experience raising capital in India with a strong track record of originating and closing complex fund commitments; deep, active relationships across Indian institutional investors, family offices, HNIs and government-backed investors; credibility and executive presence with sophisticated investors; strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills; experience managing institutional due diligence.
