You will lead Global Data Operations for Workstream's robotics division—a critical, high-impact initiative that bridges data collection and AI research. In this manager role, you will:
**Team Leadership & Management:**
- Lead and mentor a large, distributed team of Video Data Contributors and a small management team
- Build and scale the team to support rapid growth in data collection
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values
**Operations & Execution:**
- Own end-to-end management of hundreds of global participants contributing video footage for robotics training
- Drive high-volume participant acquisition in partnership with Recruiting and People Ops
- Ensure weekly footage targets are consistently met while maintaining strict data quality and compliance standards
- Manage participant onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and retention
- Establish and enforce data quality protocols and compliance frameworks
**Strategic Growth:**
- Help establish and operationalize Workstream's local office in Manila (role initially remote, transitioning to in-office)
- Build scalable processes and systems to support global expansion
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, people ops, and AI research teams
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
