Okta is seeking a Global Alliance Director to lead the strategic partnership with PwC, one of the world's largest systems integrators. Reporting to the VP of Global System Integrators, you will own the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions, with a focus on growing PwC's Okta practice and driving co-selling initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing joint co-selling strategies with PwC to address vertical market opportunities; collaborating with Okta sales leaders and PwC account teams to align on key accounts and foster productive relationships; leading annual partnership planning cycles that define joint investments, co-innovation targets, pipeline development, and execution roadmaps; working with Okta's Sales Engineering and Product teams to deepen PwC's technical understanding of Okta's identity and access management solutions; owning and driving the global pipeline with PwC; and communicating regular business updates on plans, outcomes, and strategic learnings to leadership. You will need 8+ years of experience building alliances with Global Systems Integrators, including co-marketing, joint investment strategies, GSI practice creation, and joint sales planning. Deep, recent connections into PwC—ideally within the Cyber practice—are essential, along with proven success co-selling with PwC into large Global 2000 customers. Strong business acumen and technical knowledge of identity and access management are required. You must demonstrate exceptional communication and executive-level negotiation skills, with the ability to set strategies, create plans, and drive measurable outcomes. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred. Willingness to travel globally to support business development, executive relationships, and sales activities is expected.
