Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Product Manager II to lead analytics and strategic insights for their wholesale sales network and NuORDER platform. This role owns the product strategy for data and analytics capabilities that help brands and retailers understand performance and identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and prioritize product strategy for wholesale analytics, linking roadmap to measurable outcomes for brands, retailers, and the network
- Conduct continuous customer research with brands and retailers to understand performance measurement needs, reporting gaps, and data-driven decision requirements
- Translate complex data models and reporting requirements into clear, well-defined product direction in collaboration with engineering and data teams
- Define success metrics for each initiative, measure post-launch results, and iterate based on data
- Partner across marketing, customer success, and strategic teams to ensure adoption and value realization
- Identify and manage dependencies with adjacent product surfaces, including platform data infrastructure, shopping experience, and AI-powered wholesale features
- Contribute to broader team and organizational objectives
You'll work in a cross-functional, distributed environment where brands and retailers can answer critical business questions through the tools you deliver. Success means creating a coherent roadmap (not just a feature backlog), ensuring engineering and design teams understand problems and feel invested in solutions, making well-reasoned tradeoffs between customer impact, data complexity, and delivery timelines, and earning stakeholder trust through synthesis of customer research, usage data, and business context.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience with concrete achievements delivering data-driven or analytics products in B2B SaaS environments
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with KPIs, data models, and product metrics to validate hypotheses and inform decisions
- Experience conducting customer research (interviews, surveys, usability sessions) and translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into product direction
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams in cross-functional, distributed settings
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information
- Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to adapt messaging for technical teams, leadership, and customers
- Familiarity with Agile product development practices and modern product management tools
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience building or owning reporting, BI, or dashboard products
- SQL proficiency or hands-on experience working with data teams on data models and pipelines
- Understanding of wholesale, retail, or merchandising workflows
- Familiarity with AI concepts or recommendation systems applied to BI or analytics products
The role offers a flexible work environment with 3 days per week in office, a performance-driven culture, and the opportunity to make impact within a large, established team.
