Flagler Health is building a clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care. The company partners with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. The platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle. The company recently raised a Series B and is entering its next phase of growth.
You will join the Operations team as a Generalist, owning messy, ambiguous problems and seeing them through from first question to working solution. This role works across the business on whatever matters most at the time, requiring you to dig into data, figure out what's really going on, and get it fixed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own operational problems end to end, from scoping the issue to implementing the fix
- Dig into data and spreadsheets to understand what's happening and determine next steps
- Bring structure and clear plans to ambiguous, fast-moving work
- Write clear documentation, updates, and recommendations for teammates and leadership
- Work cross-functionally to move projects forward and keep teams aligned
- Take on new problems as business priorities shift

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a startup role
- Experience in healthcare
- Track record of owning messy problems end to end
- Clear, strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED:
- Experience at an early-stage startup
