The Operations Generalist role is based in the NYC office and is designed for someone who thrives on owning messy, ambiguous problems and seeing them through from initial scoping to working solution. - Writing clear documentation, updates, and recommendations for teammates and leadership
- Working with people across teams to move projects forward and maintain alignment
- Taking on new problems as business priorities shift

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a startup role
- Track record of owning messy problems end to end
- Clear, strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Preferred: experience in healthcare or healthtech; experience at an early-stage startup
