Deliverect is a market-leading API-first platform transforming how restaurants, QSR, grocery, and retail businesses manage digital ordering and commerce. The company provides a connected suite of on and off-premise solutions that empower businesses to expand revenue and simplify operations.
You will join as General Manager for UK & Ireland, leading Deliverect's commercial performance and market strategy across the region from the London office. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role spanning new business development, account management, partnerships, and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing the UK & Ireland commercial strategy, covering growth, customer satisfaction, partnerships, and market development
- Leading teams across New Business, Account Management, and Partnerships, setting clear priorities and driving performance
- Leading major enterprise opportunities, RFPs, and tenders across restaurant, QSR, grocery, convenience, and retail sectors
- Building strong relationships with key customers to drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth
- Developing Deliverect's partner ecosystem, including POS providers, technology partners, and delivery platforms
- Remaining hands-on in key opportunities, supporting proposition development, commercial negotiations, and deal closure
- Owning regional pipeline, forecasting, account planning, and customer performance metrics
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure UK & Ireland priorities are represented across the business
- Using customer, partner, and market feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategy
- Providing visible leadership within the London office, including regular UK & Ireland All Hands sessions
- Coaching and developing the regional commercial team
- Representing Deliverect at key customer, partner, and industry engagements
Travel across UK & Ireland will be required, alongside occasional international travel.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial leadership experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or related environment
- Experience leading teams across new business, account management, and partnerships
- Proven track record of developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities, including RFP and tender processes
- Experience building and developing strategic customer and partner relationships
- Strong commercial judgement, balancing new business growth with customer retention and expansion
- Understanding of technology integrations, APIs, POS ecosystems, digital ordering, commerce, and/or last-mile delivery
- Strong analytical skills across pipeline, forecasting, customer performance, and market development
- Collaborative approach and comfort working across multiple departments and global teams
- Hands-on leadership style, able to move between strategy, team leadership, and direct commercial involvement
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Legal right to work in the United Kingdom
