This role serves as an execution partner to the GenAI Customer Compliance Manager, sitting at the intersection of Delivery, Operations, and Legal. The associate will own end-to-end compliance review workflows for GenAI projects, from early-stage intake through review, approval, launch, and verification in close partnership with Engagement Management and Delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance review operations and Legal coordination by evaluating incoming work for compliance risk signals (data sensitivity, copyright exposure, privacy concerns), triaging and prioritizing requests for Legal based on risk and delivery timelines, and ensuring Legal receives clear, structured, actionable context. The role will partner with Engagement Management to translate and execute risk mitigation at project and customer levels, develop systematic compliance controls, and train operations stakeholders on emerging compliance risks.
The associate will support risk mitigation solutions by working with Engineering and Ops to develop scalable approaches, operationalize solutions into repeatable workflows aligned with delivery processes, and monitor adoption and effectiveness. Customer audit support includes evidence collection, documentation, audit package preparation, and remediation tracking under the direction of the Customer Compliance Manager.
Operational hygiene responsibilities include managing day-to-day access governance across systems and sensitive datasets (Redash, Google Groups), executing quarterly access reviews and cleanup processes, enforcing standardized permissions and controls, and flagging anomalies for escalation. The role also involves maintaining dashboards to track throughput, bottlenecks, SLAs, and risk trends, identifying workflow friction points, and contributing to process improvements.
This position requires strong operational ownership, comfort with ambiguity, ability to drive alignment across fast-moving cross-functional teams, and a focus on freeing the Customer Compliance Manager to concentrate on strategy, governance, and risk frameworks.
