Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking an experienced Game Producer to build new Hybrid Casual games from scratch within its Belka Games studio (a top-30 highest-grossing game developer in Europe with 110+ million players). You will own the full early-stage product lifecycle: identifying market opportunities, developing testable game concepts and prototypes, conducting market research on Hybrid Casual trends and competitor analysis, and guiding projects through concept validation, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 performance evaluation. You'll make critical go/iterate/kill decisions based on data, own early-stage product metrics (CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, ROAS), and work closely with Game Design to develop core gameplay, progression, difficulty, economy, and monetization systems. Key responsibilities include: creating new games from scratch by identifying product opportunities and turning them into testable prototypes; researching market trends, emerging mechanics, and player behavior; defining product hypotheses and validation criteria at each stage; analyzing test results to determine project direction; owning early-stage product metrics and KPIs; developing core product features in collaboration with Game Design; evaluating marketability alongside product metrics with UA and Creative teams; maintaining a healthy pipeline of multiple concepts and experiments; and leading cross-functional R&D teams (Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, Creative) to move from hypothesis to validated product efficiently. This role is ideal for someone comfortable moving quickly in high-uncertainty environments, making data-driven decisions with incomplete information, and confidently deciding when to iterate versus when to stop. **Requirements:** - 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games - Proven track record taking multiple game concepts from idea or prototype to market validation, including projects that reached retention and D7/D30 testing stages - Portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects where you can clearly explain: original product hypothesis, validation approach, metrics used, results achieved, and decisions made based on results - Strong understanding of the Hybrid Casual mobile games market, including current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends - Strong understanding of early-stage product and UA metrics: CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, ROAS - Ability to identify whether a project's main issue lies in core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and define the next experiment accordingly - Strong analytical and product thinking with ability to make decisions based on incomplete data - Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams - Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
