Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking an experienced Game Producer to build new Hybrid Casual games from scratch at their Belka Games studio in Barcelona. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of early-stage game development: identifying promising product opportunities, developing testable game concepts and prototypes, and guiding projects through concept validation, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 performance evaluation. You'll work in a high-uncertainty environment where speed and data-driven decision-making are critical. Key responsibilities include: - Creating new games from scratch by identifying market opportunities and turning them into testable concepts - Researching Hybrid Casual market trends, emerging mechanics, competitors, and player behavior - Leading cross-functional R&D teams (Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, Creative) through early-stage validation - Defining product hypotheses and validation criteria at each stage - Making go/iterate/kill decisions based on test results and product metrics - Owning early-stage product metrics including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS - Developing core product features in collaboration with Game Design (gameplay, progression, difficulty, economy, monetization) - Working closely with UA and Creative teams to evaluate marketability alongside product metrics - Maintaining a healthy pipeline of multiple product hypotheses rather than focusing exclusively on one mature product The role is ideal for someone comfortable moving quickly, making decisions with incomplete data, and confidently deciding when to iterate versus when to stop a project. Benefits include hybrid working, 25 days paid holiday plus 20 days remote working annually, private medical cover, life and critical illness cover, family forming support, employee assistance program, sport compensation, meal and transport vouchers, language classes, and continuous professional development. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer in mobile games - Proven experience taking multiple game concepts from idea or prototype to market validation, including projects that reached retention and D7/D30 testing stages - Portfolio of Hybrid Casual projects where you can clearly explain: the original product hypothesis, how the concept was validated, which metrics were used, what results were achieved, and what decisions were made based on those results - Strong understanding of the Hybrid Casual mobile games market, including current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends - Strong understanding of early-stage product and UA metrics (CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, ROAS) - Ability to identify whether a project's main issue lies in core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and define the next experiment accordingly - Strong analytical and product thinking with ability to make decisions based on incomplete data - Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams - Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
