Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies with 2,500+ employees across 12 studios, is seeking an experienced Game Producer to build new Hybrid Casual games from scratch within their Belka Games studio.
You will own the full early-stage product lifecycle: identifying market opportunities, developing testable game concepts and prototypes, conducting market research on Hybrid Casual trends and competitors, and guiding projects through concept validation, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 performance evaluation. You'll make critical go/iterate/kill decisions based on data analysis, owning key metrics including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS.
Key responsibilities include creating new games from scratch, researching market trends and player behavior, defining product hypotheses and validation criteria at each stage, developing core product features in collaboration with Game Design, working closely with UA and Creative teams to evaluate marketability, maintaining a healthy pipeline of multiple product concepts and experiments, and leading cross-functional R&D teams (Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, Creative) to move from hypothesis to validated product efficiently.
You'll need to identify whether a project's challenges stem from core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and define the next experiment accordingly. This role demands hands-on experience in a high-uncertainty environment, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions with incomplete information.
Tripledot offers a fully remote position with 20 business days paid holiday, a collaborative and data-driven culture where strong opinions are welcomed and ideas are challenged constructively, continuous professional development opportunities, medical insurance compensation, and gym membership reimbursement.

- Strong understanding of the Hybrid Casual mobile games market, including current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends
- Strong understanding of early-stage product and UA metrics (CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, ROAS)

- Strong analytical and product thinking with ability to make decisions based on incomplete data
- Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and prioritization skills
