Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for Oracle NetSuite environments. The company serves over 4,500 customers worldwide, automating financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report processes.
As a Functional Consultant in the EMEA region, you will be the bridge between client business needs and technical implementation. Your primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to design and configure solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients understand and can effectively use implemented solutions.
You will play a key role in quality assurance, testing solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are error-free. Ongoing client support is critical—you'll troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development, helping to identify new opportunities and shape client expectations.
Additionally, you will document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference, stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. This is a fully remote role requiring availability during EMEA business hours.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of functional consulting experience in fintech or enterprise software implementation (ERP, CRM, or similar), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent client-facing communication abilities, and fluency in English with additional European languages as a plus.
