As a Functional Consultant for the EMEA region, you will be the bridge between customer business needs and technical implementation. Your core responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet customer needs.
You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective customer onboarding, assist with testing and quality assurance to guarantee error-free solutions, and provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and enhancements. You'll document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference, and participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.
Effective communication with both customers and internal teams is critical to managing expectations and achieving project milestones. You'll stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to financial operations and ERP systems. The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
