Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for Oracle NetSuite. The company serves over 4,500 customers worldwide, automating financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report processes.
As a Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between customer needs and technical implementation. Your primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet customer needs.
You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective implementation, assist with testing and quality assurance to guarantee error-free solutions, and provide ongoing client support including troubleshooting and enhancements. You'll stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, document processes and customizations, and participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development.
Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech; experience with enterprise software implementation (ERP, CRM, or similar); strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze complex requirements; project management skills; excellent communication and client-facing abilities; fluency in English (additional European languages preferred); analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
