Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for organizations running on Oracle NetSuite. The company serves over 4,500 customers worldwide, automating financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report processes.
As a Functional Consultant for the EMEA region, you will be the bridge between client business needs and technical implementation. Your primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet client needs.
You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective customer adoption, assist with testing and quality assurance to guarantee error-free solutions, and provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and implementing enhancements. You'll stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to financial operations and ERP systems.
Additional responsibilities include documenting processes and customizations, participating in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development, and managing client expectations through effective communication with both customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years in functional consulting within fintech or enterprise software implementation (ERP, CRM, or similar business applications). You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent client-facing communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; French and additional European languages are strong advantages. The position is fully remote within the EU, part of Zone's high-velocity, globally distributed team.
