Zone & Co is an ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for organizations running on Oracle NetSuite. The company enables over 4,500 customers worldwide to automate and optimize financial workflows across Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Treasury, Payroll Management, and Record-to-Report processes.
As a Functional Consultant for the EMEA region, you will be the bridge between customer business needs and technical implementation. Your primary responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to design and configure solutions that precisely meet customer needs.
You will conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure effective customer adoption, assist with testing and quality assurance to guarantee error-free solutions, and provide ongoing support including troubleshooting and enhancements. The role involves staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to financial operations and ERP systems.
Additional responsibilities include documenting processes and customizations, participating in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development, and managing client expectations through effective communication with both customers and internal teams. You will work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, 3+ years in a functional consulting role within fintech, and experience with enterprise software implementation projects (ERP, CRM, or similar). You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent client-facing communication abilities, and the ability to work in a self-directed manner. Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a strong plus, as are additional European languages.
