Salary: PLN 31,900 - 36,250 / monthly
Asana is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join the Product team in Warsaw. You will build features end-to-end, from designing data models to implementing the interaction behaviors that differentiate great software. Working closely with UI designers and infrastructure teams, you'll contribute to both large new features and smaller daily product enhancements through continuous deployment architecture.
The Functional Integrations team within the Platform Area focuses on integrating Asana with function-specific tools (Operations, Marketing, IT, etc.), establishing Asana as shared collaboration infrastructure. As a fullstack engineer, you'll own a broad swath of the product—from creating compelling user interfaces to building efficient, flexible, and scalable backend processing logic.
You will participate in every step of the product development process with an open and curious team, working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, and data scientists. You'll develop clean, beautiful code and leave it better than you found it. The role is based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees have the option to work from home on Wednesdays, with Friday flexibility depending on work type.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of fullstack experience working in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products (integration development preferred)
- Professional experience in Javascript/Typescript (React and Node.js) or Scala
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners and cross-timezone teams
- Sound autonomous judgment balancing speed with quality and maintainability
- Passionate about creating superlative user experience and attentive to details
- Deep care for helping teams collaborate more effectively and efficiently
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and leverage them
