Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agents at scale. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and serves 200,000+ developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Vapi. You will own the deepgram.com codebase end-to-end as it undergoes a complete refresh. This is a full stack role reporting to the Senior Web Manager, responsible for the Next.js application (front and back end), GitHub repository management, branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and code review standards. You'll be the technical authority on the site's architecture and quality bar. Key responsibilities include: optimizing and maintaining the Sanity CMS architecture (schemas, module library, staging/production environments); running the global design system and component library on Vercel; building and maintaining a scalable QA program; leading internationalization and localization efforts (i18n/l10n, hreflang, URL routing); owning technical SEO (site architecture, redirects, Core Web Vitals); ensuring LLM discoverability through structured data and metadata; developing experimentation infrastructure; implementing marketing ops tooling (forms, gated content, attribution via GTM, GA4, HubSpot); maintaining cybersecurity posture; and shipping complex site improvements in a product-driven environment. Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset. You must be AI-native, using agents and advanced AI tools as core to your daily build process, code review, and QA workflows. The company moves at the pace of AI, with rapid change and continuous learning expected. You'll collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and external development partners on a small but scaling team. The role requires high ownership, accountability, and technical leadership—directing or reviewing work from agency developers.
