Auditdata is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its development team building and modernizing healthcare software solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain the Engage platform—a comprehensive healthcare solution spanning backend APIs, mobile applications, web frontends, and Windows desktop clients. Key responsibilities include building end-to-end features across React Native (iOS/Android), .NET Core/Framework APIs, React web UIs, and WPF desktop applications. You'll design REST APIs, event-driven integrations, authentication flows, and data access layers using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server. The role involves maintaining and modernizing the Windows desktop application, including local storage, third-party audiology system integrations, packaging, and deployment. You'll diagnose production issues across client, cloud, and integration boundaries using structured logging, monitoring, and telemetry. Additionally, you'll improve architecture, automated tests, maintainability, and performance while leveraging Claude/Claude Code in daily development workflows. Required qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise across React/TypeScript web applications, React Native/Expo for mobile, and C# across .NET Core and .NET Framework. You must have hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, Entity Framework, and SQL databases. Demonstrated ability to own features across backend, web/mobile frontend, and desktop layers is essential. Cloud experience (Azure preferred), CI/CD proficiency, and solid engineering fundamentals are required. Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and B2+ English communication skills are mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include Azure cloud services expertise, Windows desktop development with WPF/XAML, Docker and Kubernetes, Windows installers/WiX, SQLite, third-party desktop integrations, experience modernizing legacy systems, and background in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments. The role suits engineers comfortable moving across frontend, mobile, backend, and desktop code while maintaining production quality. You'll collaborate in a remote scrum team through planning, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. The tech stack includes React/TypeScript/Vite, React Native/Expo, C#/.NET 8–10, .NET Framework 4.8, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, WPF/XAML, Azure SQL, and Claude/Claude Code.
