JumpCloud is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Engineering team building an AI-powered unified IT management platform for identity, device, and access management. This role focuses on designing and deploying scalable, AI-integrated UI components while developing distributed systems and microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy modular, reusable Vue.js UI components to enhance end-user experience within the first 6 months
- Implement circuit UI design migration from the stratus UI component library within 90 days
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue3, Pinia, Tailwind, and PrimeVue
- Build and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang and RESTful/gRPC APIs
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Kubernetes for consistent builds, testing, and deployments
- Utilize Playwright for comprehensive UI test coverage and implement observability using DataDog/Grafana
- Contribute 2-3 significant improvements per quarter to the technical investment backlog using AI tools like Anthropic and Cursor
- Participate in rigorous code reviews ensuring modern security, architecture, and development best practices
- Collaborate with UX design, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex features
- Participate in on-call shifts and respond to production alerts
Required Experience:
- 2-4 years of full stack software engineering experience
- Proficiency in modern tech stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, Nx, pnpm, Vite, Vue3, Golang, NodeJS, REST APIs, MongoDB/Mongoose, Postgres, Redis
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Playwright
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken) for interviews and internal business
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India
