ClickHouse, a Forbes Cloud 100 company and leader in real-time analytics and data warehousing, is hiring Full Stack Software Engineers for its Control Plane team. The team builds and maintains the Cloud Console, a sophisticated web application that enables users to manage organizational resources, run SQL queries through a powerful IDE, explore data with interactive dashboards, and monitor system performance.
In this role, you will design and deliver scalable, highly available, resilient, and secure cloud-based infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship application features while ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness. You'll identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, maintain code quality, and participate in code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
You bring 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or platform engineering. You have strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with familiarity in RESTful APIs and JSON. You understand fundamental design principles for scalable applications, are proficient with Git, and excel at communication and collaboration.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ClickHouse, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and previous work on analytics or data-intensive applications. Nice-to-have skills include Auth0 integration experience, monorepo tools (Yarn workspaces, TurboRepo, Nx), developer tools/IDE/BI platform experience, and WebSocket/real-time features.
