As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end across the platform's modern TypeScript stack. Your responsibilities include designing and optimizing Postgres database schemas, building Node.js/Express APIs, and developing React user interfaces. You'll work on core modules including master data management, assessments, calculations, and reporting—each feature built with accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance as first-class concerns.
You'll translate product requirements into clean, scalable, maintainable code while writing unit and integration tests as a standard part of your development process. The role emphasizes ownership: you'll take full responsibility for features from conception through deployment, working alongside engineers who value thoughtful code reviews and comprehensive testing practices.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of full-stack web development experience with strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, solid Node.js/Express backend experience, and deep SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL preferred). React or equivalent modern frontend framework experience is required. A genuine testing habit and ability to optimize queries, design schemas, and work with indexes are essential. Experience in regulated domains (pharma, finance, healthcare, government) is a plus but not required. The team is open to candidates from .NET or Java backgrounds, as core concepts transfer well and onboarding support is provided.
