As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own features end-to-end from design through production operation. You'll work directly with users to gather feedback and ship improvements rapidly—often within hours rather than days. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems that remain performant and reliable as the platform scales.
You'll be part of a small, fast-moving team where ownership and speed are core values. Beyond shipping code, you'll review pull requests, share context with teammates, and mentor junior engineers to elevate the overall engineering bar.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of professional full stack development experience, though the posting emphasizes that if you've built something people actually use, years of experience matter less than demonstrated capability.
