The Full Stack Software Engineer role is a generalist position on a small, high-impact product team tasked with building a next-generation version of the platform from the ground up. This is an autonomous role with significant influence over what gets built. You'll work across the entire technology stack—frontend (React, TypeScript), backend (Node, Go, Python), data infrastructure, and AI—rather than specializing in a single layer.
Key responsibilities include designing and shipping features across the customer journey (acquisition through fund operations to investor experience), owning features end-to-end from MVP to production, influencing major product and engineering decisions, building internal tools for Acquisitions, Operations, and Asset Management teams, establishing engineering standards and culture, and developing AI infrastructure that empowers non-engineers to build.
The role emphasizes growth engineering: driving quality leads and building automations and AI-powered products that compound the funnel. You'll ship fast, measure everything, and make data-driven decisions rather than following handed-down roadmaps. The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Node, GraphQL/Apollo, Go, Python, AWS (ECS/Beanstalk), and Salesforce, though the company values range and speed over specific tools.

The role requires 2–5 years of production software experience, full-stack fluency, comfort with AI tools and agents, strong collaboration skills, bias toward action, and metrics-driven thinking.
