Broadsign is a software company focused on making the buying, selling, and delivery of out-of-home media simpler and more efficient. The company's platform is used by leading out-of-home businesses worldwide to power impactful campaigns. As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will be central to evolving Broadsign's industry-leading out-of-home media platforms. You'll bridge backend architecture and frontend user interfaces, working on both sides of the software suite. The role emphasizes clean code, strong engineering practices, and delivering features that impact millions of viewers globally. You'll work within the R&D department, designing and developing new features across the full stack while maintaining and improving existing functionality. The environment is dynamic and peer-driven, with participation in agile sprints where you'll collaborate with teammates, share ideas, and work with cutting-edge hardware and software. Required qualifications include 3–7 years of software development experience, proficiency with object-oriented languages (particularly C# and .NET Core), solid understanding of SOLID principles, and hands-on experience with AWS tools (CloudFormation, ECS). You should be comfortable with REST APIs, SQL, and test-driven development (TDD), with a strong commitment to agile methodologies and testable code.
