You will own the day-to-day development of Beautiful Destinations' Content Operating System (COS)—the internal platform that manages production from brief to finished content. This is a live, production system used daily by the team. You'll ship the roadmap, maintain platform stability, and make architectural decisions about its evolution.
You'll report to the COO who provides weekly direction; implementation and technical decisions are entirely yours. You'll work on a small, focused technical team where code ships to production within days, not months. There are no lengthy release cycles or bureaucratic processes—the pace is build, ship, iterate.
This is an AI-native engineering role. You'll work directly with AI coding agents daily, directing their output and maintaining production-grade quality standards. The company is explicitly positioning this as working at the cutting edge of how software development happens in 2026, leveraging AI agents as core development tools rather than auxiliary aids.
You'll need strong full-stack capabilities, the ability to own a product platform end-to-end, and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-autonomy environment. Experience with AI-assisted development and shipping rapidly in production environments is valuable.
