Dexory is transforming the warehousing and logistics industry through data intelligence and robotics. The Platform Engineering team builds internal tooling, infrastructure, and systems that power the robot fleet and data pipelines.
You will own full-stack features end-to-end: from Go services that ingest telemetry from robots scanning warehouses, to React/TypeScript interfaces that field engineers use to diagnose and resolve issues in real time. This is not a handoff role—you'll take features from data model through backend service to frontend interface.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining backend services in Go that process real-time telemetry and scan data
- Developing data-dense React and TypeScript interfaces for engineers and operators to work with large volumes of telemetry
- Implementing real-time data systems using WebRTC, WebSockets, gRPC, and Zenoh to stream live telemetry and video from robots to the browser
- Creating internal APIs and infrastructure that support robotics operations and data processing pipelines
- Optimizing performance of interactive tools and understanding why views are slow
Required skills: solid Go or comparable statically typed language, strong React and TypeScript, ability to build dense interactive tools, hands-on backend and frontend experience.
Desirable experience: 3D/spatial/map-based interfaces (three.js, WebGL, deck.gl, Cesium), robotics or IoT platforms, video streaming pipelines, WebRTC, messaging middleware (Protobuf, Zenoh, MQTT), warehouse/logistics systems.
The role is hybrid, based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with approximately 1-2 days per month onsite. Permanent position.
