As a Full Stack Engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team, you'll build and improve tools used daily by Go-to-Market teams (sales, order, finance, support). The team focuses on identifying bottlenecks and friction points, driving process improvements, and delivering technical solutions. You'll emphasize automation over manual operation, metrics over anecdotes, and proactive problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with engineers to implement features, optimize systems for usability, and scale data pipelines
- Working with business stakeholders to understand needs and design technical solutions
- Writing software in Apex, JavaScript, and Golang
- Building cloud-based services on AWS with focus on reliability and scale
- Making build-vs-buy decisions for new capabilities
- Implementing third-party integrations
- Developing customer empathy to propose system improvements
You'll need a bachelor's degree in a technical field plus 1–3 years of full-time software engineering experience in production environments. You should have shipped customer-facing products or internal tools, write clean testable code, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and care about observability and reliability. Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
