Pogo is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and own meaningful parts of their enterprise AI SaaS product end-to-end. In this hands-on role, you'll design and implement user-facing features, AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and ship features from idea to production. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll partner with GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.
You should have 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience and be a heavy user of modern AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. You stay current with the latest in AI—new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling—and have strong product and design taste. You take ownership, manage your own time and priorities well, and are comfortable moving across frontend and backend as needed. You've built and maintained production systems used by real users and are comfortable learning new tools and building from scratch.
This is a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment. Priorities shift quickly as you tackle ambiguous problems with calculated experimentation. The team ships weekly rather than spending months on lengthy processes. You'll be expected to move fast, ship quickly, and get rapid feedback. There's no structured management layer yet—you'll need to be energized by autonomy and running with things. The role expects more than standard 9-to-5 hours at this stage, though the company offers flexible scheduling, unlimited PTO, and enforces a minimum 20-day vacation policy to encourage recharge time.
