Pogo is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and own meaningful parts of their enterprise AI SaaS product end-to-end. You'll work on user-facing features, design and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. The role includes close collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and ship features. You'll also partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to design and build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.
You should have 2-4 years of professional full-stack software development experience and be a heavy user of AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. You stay current with the latest in AI, including new LLMs, agent frameworks, and tooling. You have strong product and design taste, take ownership of entire product areas, and manage your own time and priorities well. You're comfortable moving across frontend and backend as needed, communicate clearly, and have built and maintained production systems used by real users.
The company operates with a "Calculated Speed" philosophy—shipping weekly rather than spending months on complex processes. Priorities may shift quickly as you tackle ambiguous problems. You'll need to be energized by autonomy and comfortable running with things without structured management oversight.
