Lindus Health is building the next generation of biopharma by in-licensing clinical-stage therapeutic assets and developing them through an integrated, technology-first clinical trial infrastructure. The company is addressing a fundamental problem: promising treatments stall in the clinic not because the science is wrong, but because companies lack capital, infrastructure, or focus to complete development. Lindus has already delivered 82% of sponsor trials on or ahead of timeline across 40+ completed trials in the US and Europe. The new initiative is in-licensing 5-7 clinical-stage Phase-2-ready assets with first trials launching in H1 2027.
You will join a fast-moving team less than a year into the v2 product launch, working on Citrus, the trial delivery platform that powers clinical trials at scale. This is a high-ownership environment where you can shape product and processes while they're still being defined.
In your first month, you'll complete onboarding training on clinical trials and the problems being solved, collaborate with the product team on starter projects, join a squad to deliver features, and become familiar with the core stack (React, TypeScript, Python, Postgres, Terraform, Kubernetes, Github Actions, Claude Code). Over the first three months, you'll develop deeper understanding of one or more stack areas and contribute to team processes like retrospectives and standups. Within six months, you'll observe the product in real trials, take on complex coding and design tasks, rotate through support functions handling user issues and bug fixes, and deepen relationships across the company.
The role is hybrid based in London (near London Bridge), with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in the office after an initial full-time onboarding period. You'll work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, supporting systems at scale in production.
Requirements:
- 3+ years professional software engineering experience collaborating within a team
- Product-minded approach: understanding why something is being built to determine the best how
- Comfort with recent AI advances and leveraging AI in your work
- Experience across a stack including frontend (TypeScript/React), backend (Python/Node.js/Postgres), and infrastructure (AWS); don't need hands-on with all pieces but must be willing to learn new technology and processes
- Experience supporting systems at scale in production
- Ability to work independently and collaborate well with others
- Passion for the mission of transforming clinical trials and medicine development
