Lattica is building the first scalable and safe decentralized lending and leverage platform for prediction markets, with a mission to turn prediction markets into the largest asset class on Earth.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founders as a crucial senior member of the engineering team. You'll own shipping features, improvements, and products end-to-end, from design through deployment. Your responsibilities include:
- Design and iterate on Lattica's frontend product and backend architecture
- Improve and tune the risk engine underlying margin and lending systems
- Own infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability end-to-end
- Drive product decisions from idea to shipped code
You should have experience in backend systems (ideally at scale) and UI/UX design, testing, and implementation. Experience with quantitative/risk systems, DeFi protocols, or trading infrastructure is valuable. The ideal candidate prefers shipping and iterating over extensive planning, and has traded, used, or believes in the mission of prediction markets.
Major pluses include DevOps expertise, AWS/GCP experience, statistics, data and feature engineering, MLOps, or willingness to relocate to Philadelphia. Nice-to-haves include blockchain and smart contract experience (Solidity, Vyper) or low-level production systems experience (C++, Rust).
