As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end across web and mobile, from conception through production. You'll build polished, consumer-facing experiences in React and React Native while maintaining backend depth in Node, GraphQL, and Postgres. The role emphasizes UI/UX craft—you should care deeply about how something feels, not just whether it works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building features that feel effortless to users and are easy for other engineers to extend
- Balancing business priorities, user experience, and technical durability when they conflict
- Tracking down and resolving production issues across the full stack
- Continuously raising the bar on quality and speed as web and mobile surfaces scale
You'll need 3+ years building consumer applications with strong React and React Native skills, plus enough backend experience to ship features independently. Fluency in TypeScript across the stack is essential. You should have a sharp eye for UI detail, strong product and design judgment, and the ownership instincts to see work through to shipped and working. The ideal candidate communicates well, works easily cross-functionally, and is motivated by consumer products that shape behavior.
