You'll spend most of your time designing, building, testing, reviewing, and improving software for a modern product platform.

Experience designing and implementing review/approval workflows with status transitions, routing, audit trails, and notifications. Experience building accessible web applications meeting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Technical requirements: 4+ years full-stack development in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem with TypeScript end-to-end. Strong backend experience designing scalable services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and NestJS (or deep Express/Fastify with dependency injection). Solid frontend experience with React and Next.js (hooks, App Router, server components, SSR/CSR). Practical database design experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL for transactional data and MongoDB for flexible storage. Growing autonomy to scope work, drive features to completion, and know when to escalate. Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback in code reviews and supporting less-experienced engineers.
