iCapital is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to work end-to-end on new features, enhancements, and defect resolution across their software platforms. You will develop web applications using React on the frontend and Ruby on Rails on the backend, collaborating closely with Product Management throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-stack web application development using React and Ruby on Rails
- System design and architecture work with strong understanding of trade-offs
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
- Participating in architecture reviews and technical design sessions
- Active participation in daily stand-ups and peer code reviews
- End-to-end ownership of features from requirements through testing and deployment
You should have 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions. The role requires strong system design fundamentals, the ability to mentor others, and a collaborative approach to development. You'll work with modern web technologies and participate in a structured development lifecycle with code reviews and change management processes.
