As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll build and improve products used by thousands of property managers daily. You'll work across the full stack to ship features, improve reliability, and support a fast-moving product and engineering team. The role focuses on communicating key insights to customers so they can improve their properties through building, maintaining, and optimizing the primary web application and supporting services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working on a skilled engineering team, writing code, reviewing pull requests, and participating in architectural and product discussions
- Owning backend API services, improving performance, security, and efficiency
- Completing DevOps or frontend tasks when necessary for project success
- Independently owning meaningful areas of the product with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively with the team
The team uses AI tools thoughtfully to move faster and ship better work, including Claude and Cursor, while adhering to proven design and architecture principles.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Node.js API skills with experience owning high-traffic services
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance, reduce bugs, and increase reliability through architectural and implementation decisions
- Independent experience in areas such as authentication, caching, and scalability
