This is a full-stack developer role across product and platform teams. On the product side, you could work on Asset Lifecycle, Global Features, Reporting, Preventive Maintenance, or Planner—the systems behind work orders, assets, and scheduling. On the platform side, you might join Backend Framework, Search, or API Platform teams building shared services and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include shipping features end-to-end from planning through production, partnering directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape roadmap decisions, owning a feature area or system's long-term health (reliability, performance, code quality), reviewing code and mentoring other developers, and raising the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices. You'll join a team of 5-10 people and participate in on-call rotation. Within six months, you'll own a feature area or system outright.
The core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL, with some teams using C# or Python. Team placement is based on your background, interview performance, and current openings—you can express preferences early.
Required: 4+ years building full-stack web or mobile products, deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js, mobile-first and responsive development experience, track record of writing maintainable and testable code, strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort making progress before specs are fully settled, and day-to-day use of AI tools in development workflow. Nice-to-have skills include GraphQL, React Native, and SQL database experience.
