Conductiv is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build systems that help financial institutions provide loans and banking products to underserved market segments. You will work across the entire stack, using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java Spring on the backend, writing high-quality code following best practices.
In this role, you'll contribute to product development and feature enhancement while working collaboratively with the team to refine the platform and improve user experience. You'll report directly to the Principal Architect and participate in shaping the direction of products and features through daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, and technical architecture discussions.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining full-stack features using React, TypeScript, and Spring
- Documenting requirements and completed work via Jira and Confluence
- Learning about loan decisioning factors and financial product mechanics
- Contributing to internal team processes and norms
- Ensuring code compliance with security frameworks and architecture standards alongside the CTO and Platform Architect
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks or Java Spring (2+ years preferred)
- Full-stack technical background with at least one area of specialty
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or Svelte)
- Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web performance, accessibility)
- Agile environment experience
- GitHub and version control proficiency
- Familiarity with persistence technologies (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase)
Preferred: FinTech background, AWS experience, CI/CD knowledge (Jenkins, Drone), automated testing, DevOps practices, and JavaScript build tooling expertise.
This is a full-time role offering $150K annual salary with negotiable equity. You can work 100% remote or hybrid from NYC/Manhattan or Massachusetts offices.
